  • Setting up of a DSPtime account and Priority access to Functional consultants via the account.
  • Access to DSP helpdesk and service desk which also provides regular activity reports and a DSPtime account statement.
  •  liaison with Oracle Support and raising of TARS. Systems Administration support, such as setting up users, responsibilities, profile options and custom program registrations is also included.
  • Support of customisations - Automatic patch alert to keep you up to date with approved patches and fixes as soon they become available.

Best practice - including change control procedures, patching strategy, patch log and concurrent manager purging strategy - Access to DSP's Oracle development team from your DSPtime account.

2. Maintenance and functional consultancy
Clients pre-purchase a number of hours which credit their DSPtime account. It is from this account that time is debited for any support tasks. Access to consultants in 15 minute credits from your DSPtime account.
